This Privacy Policy explains how Amovio, developed by Volkan Ucmak (“we”, “our”, “us”), handles your information.

We value your privacy and aim to collect as little data as possible.

By using Amovio, you agree to the practices described here.

Amovio is a workout and activity tracking app available only on Apple’s App Store.
We do not operate any external servers or cloud databases.
Your data remains on your own device unless you choose to share or export it yourself.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
- Personal information (name, email, address, etc.)
- Workout data, notes, or recipes
- Location data
- Sensitive health information
All such data stays on your device.

Your workouts, exercises, and recipes are stored locally on your device.
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is securely backed up and synchronized between your Apple devices using Apple’s iCloud service.
This means:
- Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, controlled by you.
- We do not have access to that data.
- All data transfers are handled by Apple and protected under Apple’s iCloud Privacy Policy.
You can disable iCloud sync anytime in your device settings.

Amovio uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
RevenueCat acts as a secure intermediary between Amovio and Apple’s App Store.
What RevenueCat may collect:
- Anonymous user identifiers
- Subscription status (active / expired)
- Country of purchase (from Apple)
- App version information
This information helps manage subscriptions and provide access to premium features.
We do not receive or store any personal payment information.

Basic anonymous analytics may be collected through RevenueCat to help us understand how many users are subscribed and which app versions are active.
No personal identifiers, usage logs, or workout data are collected or transmitted by Amovio.

If you choose to connect Apple HealthKit, Amovio can read or write workout-related data (such as duration, calories, or activity type).
This data is handled entirely by Apple HealthKit and stored securely in your Apple Health app.
- We only access HealthKit data with your explicit permission.
- We do not upload or share HealthKit data to any servers.
- You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in your device’s Settings or the Health app.
We comply with Apple’s HealthKit and App Store Review Guidelines.

You can create and export workout “recipes” (plans or templates).
If you choose to share these files (e.g., via social media, email, or AirDrop), they are shared entirely under your control.
We do not host, review, or monitor this content.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.
The only data exchanged externally is handled by RevenueCat and Apple, as part of the subscription and payment process.

Since your data stays on your own device, it is protected by Apple’s system security (Face ID, Touch ID, passcode, and data encryption).
We encourage you to keep your device updated and secured.

Amovio is designed for general audiences and is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to modify, export, or delete on our servers.
You can delete all your Amovio data at any time by removing the app from your device.
